Mrs. Amanda is beyond deserving of this award as she is always the first one to jump and help whether that means coming in before her shift, picking up a shift, or helping others in or outside of work. She has taken advice and has truly taken an interest in building her knowledge within her position. Amanda takes constructive criticism and applies it to her every day to better herself and better understand those around her. She never calls in and always shows up for those around her. She has worked so much recently at perfecting preparation for the next day and implementing new ways to help the children get the nutrients they need to grow big and strong. Amanda holds a key role in TLC’s success, and we are so grateful to have her on our team!

Ms. Jessie has been phenomenal hopping rooms as needed, helping others with suggestions from her vast knowledge of the early childhood education field and recently taking on her own classroom. Jessie comes in each day with a smile on her face and a true passion to educate our students. She brings fun and innovative ways to help our children excel academically, socially, and emotionally, all while being inspirational to those around her.
Her positivity is infectious, and we can’t wait to see her thrive in her own classroom in the months ahead!
